Once you have selected the items that you would like to purchase and you are ready to place your order, we offer a simple four-step ordering process.
The shopping basket contains all of the items that you added to your cart while shopping. During this step, you can review your items, add items, delete items, and change item quantities.
You are asked to provide the billing address of your credit card and the shipping address were you wouldl like the product delivered.
You can make changes or confirm by placing your order. Be aware that if you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not receive a copy of the invoice or a tracking number. Your e-mail address will not be traded or sold.
A final confirmation summary of your order appears along with the contact information for customer service in case you may need assistance.
If you are located in the 48 contiguous states, you should expect to receive your order within 1-14 business days. Some months may be very busy and it may take 24-48 hours longer to get your order out to you. Even during the busy months, we guarantee that we will do everything in our power to get your product out as quickly as possible.
Your credit card will be billed at the time your order enters the processing system in our office or is sent to our factory for shipment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for tracking status for some items. You will be e-mailed a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders. Order status is available to you at any time on the website. You may also call or e-mail customer service to check order status.
